NATARA YOGA – Sahara Yoga Retreat · November 6–13, 2026 · Version: August 2026

1. Scope and Contract Conclusion

1.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to the contract between NATARA YOGA (Vera Natterer, hereinafter "Provider") and the customer regarding participation in the yoga & mindfulness program of the Sahara Yoga Retreat (hereinafter "Retreat"). A separate contract applies to the desert trip itself, concluded directly with Adventures Desert (see Section 2).

1.2 The contract with NATARA YOGA is concluded through:

• Booking by the customer (in writing, via email or the contact form on this website)
• Confirmation by the Provider via email
• Payment of the deposit according to the payment plan (see Section 3)

1.3 Deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if confirmed in writing by the Provider.

2. Two Separate Providers

2.1 NATARA YOGA (Yoga & Mindfulness Program)

NATARA YOGA provides:

• Yoga instruction (Vinyasa & Yin Yoga) throughout the Retreat
• Meditation, breathwork, and mindfulness sessions
• Program design, coaching & personal guidance on-site
• Preparation via short online contact before departure
• Personal accompaniment throughout the trip

2.2 ADVENTURES DESERT (Desert Trip, Accommodation & Meals)

The desert trip itself — transport, camp, accommodation, meals and local logistics — is organized and carried out entirely independently by Adventures Desert, a separate business:

Services provided by Adventures Desert:

• Transport from/to Marrakech
• Bivouac accommodation (tents) for 6 nights + 1 night in a kasbah/guesthouse
• Full board (breakfast, lunch, tea & snacks, dinner; vegetarian/vegan on request)
• Camel trekking, 4x4 desert drives, guides & camp staff
• Cultural visits (Argan cooperative, carpet weavers, Aït Ben Haddou)

2.3 What This Means for You

The customer acknowledges and accepts:

• Adventures Desert is booked, paid, and contracted directly and separately from NATARA YOGA
• NATARA YOGA is not the seller, organizer, or guarantor of the desert trip, transport, accommodation, or meals, and is not liable for their quality, availability, or any defects
• Complaints regarding the trip, accommodation, or meals should be directed to Adventures Desert directly
• Adventures Desert's own terms and Moroccan law apply to that part of the trip

3. Payment Terms (NATARA YOGA Program)

3.1 Price

The NATARA YOGA program fee is 680 EUR per person. This is entirely separate from the fee owed to Adventures Desert (600 EUR per person, paid directly to Adventures Desert per their own terms).

3.2 Payment Plan

Payment details (bank account) will be sent to you personally in your booking confirmation email.

3.3 Arrears & Late Payment

• Payments must arrive by the stated date
• After 10 days of arrears, a written reminder will be sent
• If arrears exceed 14 days after reminder, the booking may be cancelled under the terms of Section 4

4. Cancellation

4.1 Statutory Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer booking from within the EU, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of booking confirmation without giving a reason, by written notice (email to contact@bonitaverita.com), unless the Retreat begins within that 14-day period. In that case, the cancellation schedule below applies from the moment of booking.

4.2 Cancellation Schedule

After the withdrawal period above, the following schedule applies, calculated by days before arrival (November 6, 2026):

Less than 14 days, or no-show	0%

This schedule applies to amounts already paid at the time of cancellation. You may also transfer your booking to another person free of charge at any time before arrival.

The same schedule and payment logic applies separately to your booking with Adventures Desert, under their own terms.

4.3 Cancellation by the Provider

NATARA YOGA may cancel the program if:

• The minimum number of participants (5 persons) is not reached by October 15, 2026
• The security situation or official orders prohibit the Retreat
• Adventures Desert is unable to carry out the desert trip

In these cases, all amounts paid to NATARA YOGA will be refunded in full.

5. Participants, Requirements & Liability

5.1 Prerequisites

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Yoga experience: basic knowledge recommended, beginners welcome
• Health: consult a physician before departure regarding vaccinations and desert heat/conditions
• Personal responsibility: the Retreat takes place in a remote desert environment; the customer bears responsibility for their own safety and preparedness

5.2 Limitation of Liability

NATARA YOGA is not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or defects arising from Adventures Desert's services (transport, accommodation, meals, desert trip)
• Loss of luggage, valuables, or money
• Failures due to force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, political instability)
• Flight cancellations, delays, or other independent travel arrangements

NATARA YOGA is liable only for:

• Bodily injury caused by the negligence of the yoga instructor
• Breach of the agreed yoga/mindfulness program (e.g. scheduled sessions cancelled without cause)

5.3 Insurance

Travel health insurance and travel cancellation insurance are strongly recommended and are the customer's own responsibility to arrange.

6. Data Protection & Communication

Your data (name, email, phone, emergency contact where applicable) is used to send Retreat information and preparation materials, and — where necessary for your booking with them — shared with Adventures Desert. It is not shared with any other third party except where legally required.

Photos and videos may be taken during the Retreat and may be used for private documentation or, with your explicit consent, on @bonita_verita. You may opt out at any time by email.

7. Conditions on Site

• Remote location: emergency medical care may be limited
• Temperature in November: pleasant days (21–26°C), cool nights (7–10°C)
• No WiFi in the desert camp; mobile reception only in some areas
• Basic desert-camp comfort (no permanent toilets/showers in the deep desert; available at the final guesthouse night)
• The daily schedule may be adjusted for weather or safety reasons — flexibility is required

8. Complaints

Complaints regarding the NATARA YOGA program should be submitted in writing within 10 days after the Retreat ends. Complaints regarding Adventures Desert's services (trip, accommodation, meals) should be directed to Adventures Desert directly. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days after the Retreat ends.

9. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the remainder stays valid; the parties agree to replace it with a similar valid provision.

10. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

• For the NATARA YOGA program: German law (BGB); place of jurisdiction is the Amtsgericht (District Court) Freiburg, Germany
• For Adventures Desert's services: Moroccan law and the competent courts in Morocco

12. Force Majeure

In case of circumstances beyond either party's control (natural disaster, pandemic, political instability), both parties will first attempt to reschedule the Retreat; if rescheduling is impossible, customers will be offered a full refund of amounts paid to NATARA YOGA.
